  Urap is a traditional dish featuring healthy vegetables with spicy grated coconut. It's easy to make! Here's the recipe: Ingredients: 4 servings 300g semi-mature grated coconut 5 torn kaffir lime leaves 150g bean sprouts, blanched and drained 150g long beans, cut into 3cm, boiled and drained 300g water spinach, stems removed, boiled and drained 150g cabbage, chopped, boiled and drained 100g carrot, julienned, boiled and drained 25g basil leaves Spice Paste: Blend into a paste 6 shallots 3 cloves garlic 3 red curly chilies 2 large red chilies 4cm roasted galangal 1.5cm roasted turmeric 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp palm sugar Instructions: In a bowl, mix all boiled vegetables and basil leaves. Add the spice paste, grated coconut, and kaffir lime leaves. Mix well. Serve at room temperature. Enjoy your nutritious Urap! Note: Adjust spice levels to taste.
